The team have arrived safely in Kathmandu, flying in from London via Doha in Qatar. On arrival they were met by a representative from World Expeditions and taken to the Raddisson Hotel where they will spend a couple of days before flying on to Lhasa, Tibet.

They will use the time to explore Kathmandu and soak up some of the sights and sounds that this remarkable city has to offer.
